We helped develop, with Sodick America Corporation, both software and hardware for the motion controller units that acts as the “nervous system” of the machine. These technologies are mounted on the circuit boards inside machines, which are not normally visible. They are core parts for accurate machine operation, and are necessary for a high prevision positioning system.

KSMC-EtherCAT Master

KSMC-ECAT, our EtherCAT Master and Slave Boards provide high-speed, real-time communication for industrial automation systems. EtherCAT technology ensures fast and deterministic data exchange, crucial for modern automated processes.

There are a few options for KSMC-ECAT. KSMC-EtherCAT Master 3 (EM3) is an External Hardware based EtherCAT Master and Motion Controller; while KSMC-EtherCAT Master 4 (EM4) is PC based.
